Women's 2 Week Ketosis Fat Loss Plan
This plan is designed to help kick-start weight loss by using a high protein, low carb and high fat diet to initiate ketosis. This plan includes a sample day that is to be repeated for 14 days. It is very specific and inflexible, it is not for the faint of heart or beginners. If you have never followed a meal plan before we suggest you start with the Women's Low Active Plan. This plan shouldn’t be followed for more than 2 weeks at a time and done no more than 2 times a year. If you experience dizziness, or nausea: discontinue immediately. Also, take it easier in the gym this diet cannot support heavy workouts or intensive training. This was created and approved by our team and Dr. Colgan CCN.
